| 摘 要： | 卫生监督精神文化包括卫生监督价值文化、卫生监督道德文化和卫生监督执法文化等内容。建设卫生监督精神文化对加强卫生监督执法的人才队伍建设、促进卫生监督事业发展具有凝聚激励、导向约束、提升形象的积极作用。对此应该在把握好精神文化建设的人本性、长远性和联系性的前提下,内强素质、外树形象,积极建设健康向上、主题鲜明的卫生监督精神文化。

| Abstract: | The spirit culture of health supervision includes the value culture,moral culture and enforcement culture and so forth.Constitution of the spirit sulture of health supervision plays an active role in strengthening the construction of health supervision and law enforcement personnel,promoting the career development of health supervision.Based on the premise of people-oriented,long-term and related characters,we should strong our inside quality,improve our outside image,actively construct a health and theme clear spirit culture of health supervision. |
