整体护理模式在介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨整体护理模式在介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕中的应用效果。方法收集2012年2月~2013年2月本院收治的96例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者临床资料，随机分为观察组与对照组，各48例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施整体护理模式，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组复通成功率、妊娠率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理满意程度、健康知识掌握程度等护理指标显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕临床护理中应用整体护理模式，可提高患者妊娠率，提高患者对护理的满意程度。

Application effect evaluation of overall nursing mode in fallopian tube ob-structive infertility treated by interventional recanalization

Objective To explore the effect evaluation of overall nursing mode in fallopian tube obstructive infertility treated by interventional recanalization. Methods 96 cases with fallopian tube obstructive infertility from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected and random divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group.The control group were cared by routine nursing,the observation group were cared by holistic nurs-ing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The rate of tubal repatancy and the rate of pregnancy in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference （P〉0.05）.The nursing satis-faction,master degree of health knowledge in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,with sta-tistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall nursing mode in fallopian tube obstructive infertility treated by In-terventional can increase the rate of pregnancy and nursing satisfaction.
