米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶在中期妊娠引产中的效果观察

目的：观察米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶在中期妊娠引产中的效果。方法选取2013年9月~2014年5月在本院引产的中期妊娠孕妇100例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组（n=30）给予米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶引产；对照组（n=70）单纯给予乳酸依沙吖啶引产。结果观察组患者的引产率成功率为100.0%，明显高于对照组的92.8%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组的引产时间和产后持续出血时间均比对照组短，出血量少于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组均有孕妇药物流产，但对照组明显多于观察组。结论米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶在中期妊娠引产中的临床效果显著，引产成功率高，所用时间短，出血量少，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Effect observation of mifepristone combine with ethacridine lactate in in-ducing abortion in second trimester

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combination with ethacridine lactate in inducing abortion in second trimester. Methods 100 cases of induced labor of pregnant women in the middle pregnancy in our hospital from September 2013 to May 2014 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,the observation group （n=30） was given mifepristone combine with ethacridine lactate induced labor,the control group （n=70） was only given ethacridine lactate induced labor. Results The success rate of induced labor rate in observation group of 100.0%,it was significantly higher than the control group （92.8%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The induced la-bor duration and postpartum bleeding time in observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, there had medical abortion pregnant women in both groups,but the control group significantly more than the observation group. Conclusion The clinical effect of mifepristone combine with ethacridine lactate in inducing abortion in second trimester is remarkable,it with high success rate of induced labor,the time is short,has less blood loss,has a high clinical value.
