不同药物治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果比较

目的：分析不同药物治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法收集2013年2月~2014年2月本院收治的92例功能失调性子宫出血患者，按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组各46例。对照组采用单纯西药治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.65%，对照组为78.26%，观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的有效止血时间、完全止血时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的止血失败率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血的止血效果良好，有利于改善患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果，改善预后，值得临床推广。

Efficacy comparison of different drugs in treatment of dysfunctional uter-ine bleeding

Objective To analyze the efficacy of different drugs in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 92 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were collected and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received simple Western medicine treatment and the observation group received integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Then the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.65% and that of the control group was 78.26%.The observation group had significantly higher treatment effective rate than the control group,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.The observation group had significantly shorter effective hemosta-sis time and complete hemostasis time than the control group,with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.The ob-servation group had significantly lower hemostatic failure rate than the control group,with statistically significant differ-ence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,integrated Chinese and Western medicine shows good hemostasis effect and is conducive to improving the patients’ clinical symptoms,promoting treatment effects and improving the patients’prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
