抗病毒治疗乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭的效果分析

目的：研究抗病毒治疗乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭患者的效果。方法选择2011年5月~2013年11月在本院接受治疗的乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭患者92例，将其随机分成对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组给予乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭的常规内科治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合拉米夫定进行抗病毒治疗，观察治疗前后患者肝功能指标的变化，同时比较两组患者的好转率和存活率。结果治疗后，两组的Alb、PTA水平升高，TBiL、AST水平下降，且观察组上述指标的改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组的好转率、存活率分别为54.3%、60.9%，高于对照组的39.1%、37.0%（P〈0.05）。结论常规内科治疗乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭同时联合抗病毒治疗能显著改善患者的肝功能、提高患者的存活率，临床应用价值显著，值得推广。

Effect analysis of antivirus treating hepatitis B related chronic-and-acute liver failure

Objective To explore the effects of antivirus treating hepatitis B related chronic-and-acute liver failure. Methods 92 patient with hepatitis B related chronic-and-acute liver failure treated in our hospital from May 2011 to November 2013 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the regular treatment of hepatitis B related chronic-and-a-cute liver failure,and the observation group was treated with the antiviral therapy of lamivudine. Changes of indices of liver function before and after treatment were observed,and improvement rate and survival rate between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,levels of Alb,PTA was increased,and levels of TBiL,AST was decreased and the improving degree of the above-mentioned indices in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;recovery rate and survival rate in the observation group （54.3% and 60.9%respectively） were higher than those of the control group （39.1%and 37.0%respectively） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Regular treatment of hepatitis B related chron-ic-and-acute liver failure combined with antiviral therapy can significantly improve liver functions of patients and in-crease survival rate of patients,which is of great clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
