丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床效果分析

目的：探讨丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床效果。方法选取2011年6月~2013年6月本院收治的50例脑卒中后癫痫患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各25例，对照组给予抗凝、改善脑血液循环治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丙戊酸钠治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后，实验组癫痫发作率为16.0%，低于对照组的36.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组神经功能缺损程度比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫，效果显著，具有较高的临床价值，值得在各级医院推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of sodium valproate for treatment of post-stroke epilepsy

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate for treatment of post-stroke epilepsy. Meth-ods 50 patients with post-stroke epilepsy from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table.The control group were given with treatment with the objective of anticoagulation and improving cerebral blood circulation while the experimental group were given with ad-ditional sodium valproate on the basis of control group.The clinical effect was observed. Results After treatment,the epileptic attack rate was 16.0%in the experimental group,lower than 36.0% in the control group,the difference was sig-nificant （P〈0.05）;the neural function deficiency between two groups had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sodium valproate has better clinical efficacy for post-stroke epilepsy,has high clinical value,which is worthy of promo-tion in hospitals of different levels.
