腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝的临床效果观察

目的：观察腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝的临床效果。方法选取2011年2月~2013年12月本院收治的小儿斜疝患者75例，随机分为两组，其中观察组38例，选用腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗，对照组37例，选用传统方法治疗，观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、切口大小、复发情况和术后并发症情况。结果观察组平均手术时间为（31.9±11.7）min，对照组平均手术时间为（49.1±16.3） min，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组平均切口长度为（6.0±2.4）mm，对照组平均切口长度为（43.1±12.5）mm，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组术后复发率为2.6%，术后并发症发生率为2.6%，对照组术后复发率为13.5%，术后并发症发生率为16.2%，两组术后复发率和并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝的临床效果好，术后并发症少，手术切口小，手术时间短，值得在临床上予以推广。

clinical effect observation of laparoscopic hernia sac ligation in treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hernia sac ligation in treatment of pediatric in-guinal hernia. Methods 75 patients with pediatric inguinal hernia in our hospital from February 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the observation group were treated with laparo-scopic hernia sac ligation.37 cases in the control group were treated with traditional method.The operative time,incision size,recurrence and postoperative complications in patients of two groups were observed and compared. Results The op-erative time of observation group was （31.9±11.7） min,of the control group was （49.1±16.3） min,the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）;the incision of the observation group was （6.0±2.4） mm,of the control group was （43.1±12.5） mm,the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）;The postoperative recurrence rate of ob-servation group was 2.6%,and postoperative complication rate was 2.6% in the observation group;the control group was 13.5% and 16.2% respectively;The recurrence rate and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hernia sac ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia is better.It has less postoperative complications,smaller surgical incisions,shorter operative time,is worth to be promoted in clinical practice.
