术后护理干预在老年结肠急性穿孔伴粪汁性腹膜炎中的应用

目的：探讨术后护理干预在老年结肠急性穿孔伴粪汁性腹膜炎中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年10月~2013年12月诊治的老年结肠急性穿孔伴粪汁性腹膜炎患者66例，采用数字随机法分为两组，33例患者实施术后常规护理为对照组，33例患者实施术后护理干预为观察组，比较两组患者的恢复情况、术后并发症情况、护理满意度。结果观察组的术后排气时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组，观察组的术后并发症发生率（6.1%）明显低于对照组（24.2%），观察组的护理满意度（97.0%）明显高于对照组（81.8%），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论术后护理干预可明显改善老年结肠急性穿孔伴粪汁性腹膜炎患者的预后，明显缩短患者的恢复时间，术后并发症少且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Application of postoperative nursing intervention in elderly patients with acute perforation of colon complicated with excrement peritonitis

Objective To investigate effect of postoperative nursing intervention in elderly patients with acute perfora-tion of colon complicated with excrement peritonitis. Methods 66 elderly patients with acute perforation of colon com-plicated with excrement peritonitis were selected in our hospital from October 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the two groups.33 patients given postoperative routine nursing as the control group while 33 patients given postoperative nursing intervention as the observation group.Recovery,postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Postoperative exhaust time,get out of bed time,postoperative hospital-ization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,incidence rate of postop-erative complications in the observation group （6.1%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （24.2%）, nursing satisfaction in the observation group （97.0%） was significantly higher than control group （81.8%）,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative nursing intervention can significantly improve prognosis of elderly patients with acute perforation of colon complicated with excrement peritonitis and shorten recovery time of patients.Postoperative nursing intervention has fewer postoperative complications and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
