热毒宁注射液联合头孢地嗪钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床效果分析

目的：分析热毒宁注射液联合头孢地嗪钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月~2014年2月本院住院部收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿，按照抽样法随机分为对照A组、对照B组和研究组，每组各40例；3组患儿均给予对症治疗，且对照A组给予热毒宁注射液治疗，对照B组给予头孢地嗪钠治疗，研究组给予热毒宁注射液＋头孢地嗪钠治疗，分析3组患儿复诊检查资料及不良反应的情况。结果研究组患儿治疗后咳嗽控制效果均明显优于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；研究组患儿的住院时间及住院费用明显少于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论热毒宁注射液联合头孢地嗪钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床协同效果显著。

Clinical effect analysis of Reduning injection joint cefodizime sodium for treatment alveobronchiolitis in children

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Reduning injection joint cefodizime sodium for treatment alveo-bronchiolitis in children. Methods 120 children with alveobronchiolitis treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected and divided into control group A,control group B and research group according to the ran-dom sampling method,each group for 40 cases.Three groups were givend symptomatic treatment,and the control group A was treated with Reduning injection,the control group B was treated with cefodizime sodium,and the research group was treated with Reduning injection and cefodizime sodium.The examination data and adverse reactions of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The control effect of cough after treatment in the research group was evidently better than that of the other two groups respectively,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The infection indicators and control effect of peripheral blood cell after treatment was evidently better than that of the other two groups respec-tively,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The length of stay and the expenditure of the research group were less than those of the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clini-cal effect of Reduning injection joint cefodizime sodium in treatment alveobronchiolitis in children is evident.
