100例泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体培养及药物敏感状况分析

目的了解门诊泌尿生殖道炎症患者支原体感染情况及对抗生素的耐药率。方法对50例女性及50例男性首诊患者进行支原体培养及药物敏感试验,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果女性单纯解脲脲原体(UreaplasmaUrealyticum,UU)阳性25例占50%,单纯人型支原体(MycoplasmaHominis,MH)阳性1例占2%,UU MH10例占20%。男性单纯解脲脲原体(UreaplasmaUrealyticum,UU)阳性8例占16%,单纯人型支原体(MycoplasmaHominis,MH)阳性2例占4%,UU MH2例占4%。女性感染率显著高于男性(P<0.05);U-U、MH、UU MH对强力霉素,美满霉素,交沙霉素较为敏感。结论解脲脲原体在泌尿生殖道感染患者中感染率较高,单纯UU,MH,UU MH的耐药率存在一定差异,治疗支原体感染应根据药敏试验结果,针对单纯性感染和混合感染选用敏感性较高的大环内酯类和四环素类抗生素。

Mycoplasma culture and medicine sensitive condition analysis of 100 urinary genital tract infection patients

Objective Get the message of the mycoplasma infective condition and the drug resistant rate to the antibiotics of OPD (out-patient clinic ) patients. Methods Mycoplasma culture and medicine sensitive experiment were performed in 50 female and 50 male OPD patients. Results Pure UU positive of female has 25 samples (50%), pure MH positive of female has 1 sample (2%), UU MH has 10 samples (20%); pure UU positive of male has 8 samples (16%), 2 samples (4%) were pure MH positive of male, 2 samples (4%) UU MH; The infective rate of female is higher than that of male significantly. (P<0.05). UU, MH, UU MH were sensitive to DOX MIN and JOS. Conclusion UU infective rate was very high in urinary genital tract infected patients, pure UU pure MH and UU MH infective rate were different. The treatment of mycoplasma infection should depend on the medicine sensitive experimental results. Macrocyclic lactone and Tetracycline had higher sensitivity, which could be fit to pure and complex infection.
