多发性颅内动脉瘤的显微手术治疗

目的探讨多发性颅内动脉瘤的诊断、手术时机和显微手术方法。方法回顾性分析武汉大学人民医院2003年3月至2007年10月期间40例确诊为多发性颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果36例行显微手术夹闭治疗，其中治愈或良好26例，轻残5例，重残2例，死亡3例；1例行血管内栓塞治疗；2例保守治疗；1例放弃治疗。结论CT、MRA、CTA可为多发性颅内动脉瘤的诊断提供重要的信息，DSA仍然是诊断多发性颅内动脉瘤的金标准。显微手术夹闭是多发性颅内动脉瘤的一种成熟、可靠和有效的治疗方法。

Microsurgerical Treatment of Multiple Intracranial Aneurysms

Objective To explore the diagnostic procedure,operative time and microsurgical technique in the patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms (MIA). Method The clinical data of 40 patients with MIA, who were treated in our department from March, 2003 to October, 2007, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 40 patients with MIA, 36 underwent microsurgery, 1 received endovascular embolization, 2 received conservative treatment and 1 gave up treatment. Of 36 patients undergoing microsurgery, 26 were cured and recovered well, 5 lightly disabled, 2 seriously disabled and 3 died. Conclusions CT, MRA and CTA can provide important information for diagnosis of MIA, but DSA is golden standard of diagnosis of MIA. Microsurgical clipping of MIA still is a reliable and effective method.
