头痛宁加牵引、按摩治疗颈源性头痛临床观察

目的:观察头痛宁胶囊加牵引、手法按摩治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法:将颈源性头痛患者144例随机分为A组(头痛宁治疗组)、B组(颈部牵引、按摩治疗组)、C组(头痛宁加颈部牵引、按摩治疗组)。牵引选坐式颌枕带颈部间歇牵引,手法治疗选乳突后、枢椎横突、枕下三角等处扳机点,观察治疗后1个月、3个月后的VAS评分及发作次数。结果:治疗后1个月、3个月VAS评分及发作次数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后1个月C组VAS评分及发作次数与A组、B组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);A组VAS评分及发作次数治疗1个月后与3个月后比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:颈源性头痛选择头痛宁能迅速缓解疼痛,颈部牵引加手法按摩则能纠正紊乱的颈椎力学结构及肌肉筋膜,两者兼用治疗颈源性头痛疗效优于单纯头痛宁药物治疗或牵引、按摩。
