正常骶髂关节和Ⅰ期强直性脊柱炎在儿童与成人期的影像学对比观察

目的:观察儿童与成人强直性脊柱炎Ⅰ期不同的影像学表现。方法:用X线平片及CT扫描作对比,并分析X线片和CT扫描的特点。结果:①儿童Ⅰ期AS的骶髂关节骨皮质浓密不均;②儿童关节邻近骨皮质内的骨小梁不清晰;③关节间隙不狭窄。成人的①②两项与儿童相似,但关节间隙狭窄。结论:儿童与成人的强直性脊柱炎Ⅰ期影像学表现是不同的。

The radiographic diagnosis of normal sacroiliac joint and stage Ⅰ ankylosing spondylitis compared between children and adults

Objective: To state the different radiographic images of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) between children and adults. Methods: The image characteristics of the X-ray films and CT scans are analyzed. Results: (1) The stage 11111111 AS of children cortex of sacroiliac joint (SIJ) were blurring and the density were inhomogeneous. (2) The trabeculas of spongiosa near the SIJ were unclear in all children, no matter whether they suffered from AS. (3) The interarticular spaces of the SIJ in children were not narrow. In the adult patients, the (1)and(2) are same with the child, that is, the changes of the cor-texes of the SIJ and adjacent trabeculas demonstrated the same image with children. But (3) is different from the children, that is, the interarticular spaces of the SIJ are narrow, because the cartilage in adult is not so thick as in child. Conclusion: The radiographic images of stage I AS are different between children and adults.
