| 摘 要： | 目的 设计PACS工作流程，使PACS效能得到很好的发挥。材料与方法根据我院全院型PACS的建设情况，提出PACS系统工作流程设计。结果 PACS总体工作流程为：检查申请，执行检查，图像进入主服务器，图像生成科室医生书写诊断报告，临床科医生调阅图像和报告，包括各图像生成科室工作流程以及各临床等图像应用科室工作流程。讨论 该工作流程符合国内医院的PACS建设实际情况，充分发挥了PACS效能。

| Abstract: | Purpose Design the working-flow of PACS to exert the efficiency of PACS.Material and method According to the situation of the building of PACS in our country we bring forwordthe design of PACS working-flow. Result The common work-flow is examination application, executing examination, importing the image to the main server, writing the diagnosis report by image doctor,viewing the image and report by clinic doctor,as well as the working- flow of every assistant clinic department and every clinic department. Conclusion The working- flow adapts to the situation of the building of PACS in our country and ,exerts the efficiency of PACS. |
