摘    要:目的:探讨病因干预措施在肱骨外上髁炎治疗中的作用。方法:将300例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为观察组(150例)和对照组(150例),并建立系统性病因调查表。观察组入院后即进行系统性病因调查,确定患者发病原因,根据不同病因进行相应的去除病因的健康教育,同时根据患者具体情况,选用适宜的治疗方法;对照组仅给予相应治疗。结果:观察组VAS评分及复发率均低于对照组(P〈0.05),ADL评分及总有效率均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:经去除病因干预后,患者的临床症状得到了明显改善,降低了复发率,减轻了患者的痛苦和经济负担。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of etiology interventions on treatment of humerus epicondylitis. Methods:300 cases of patients with humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into observation group (150 cases) and control group (150 cases), and the systematic investigation table about etiology was established. Systematic investigation on etiology was done in observation group to determine the main reason for the occurrence of the disease in patients, then according to different causes, health education was appropriated to remove the cause, but the appropriate method of treatment were chosen for patients according to the specific circumstances. And patients in control group were only given the appropriate treatment. Results:The VAS score and relapse rate were both lower than those of control group (P〈0.05), the ADL score and total effective rate was higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:After interventions by removal of etiology, the clinical symptoms were improved significantly and the recurrence rate was reduced, which maybe reduce the suffering and economic burden on patients.
