循经推拿点穴配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察循经推拿点穴配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将84例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为试验组（42例）和对照组（42例），对照组采用电针治疗，观察组采用循经推拿点穴配合电针治疗，2周后观察两组临床疗效。结果：试验组总有效率为90．5％，高于对照组的71．4％（P〈0．05）。结论：循经推拿点穴配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，操作简便，无毒副作用，值得，临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation of Digital Acupoint Pressure and Massage along Meridian Combined with Electro-acupuncture Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective： To observe the curative effects of digital acupoint pressure and massage along meridian combined with electro-acupuncture treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 84 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group （42 cases） and control group （42 cases）, control group treated with electro-acupuncture, observation group was treated with digital acupoint pressure and massage along meridian combined with electro-acupuncture, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 2 weeks. Results： The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.5%, higher than that of control group by 71.4% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Digital acupoint pressure and massage along meridian combined with electro-acupuncture treating lumbar disc herniation is of significant efficacy, and easy and simple to handle without side effects, being worthy of clinical application.
