双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠食量和体质量的影响

目的：观察双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠体质量和食物消耗量的影响,以此推测长期服用双乌镇痛胶囊是否存在不良反应。方法：80只大鼠按照雌雄随机平均分为正常对照组、双乌镇痛胶囊大剂量组、双乌镇痛胶囊中剂量组、双乌镇痛胶囊小剂量组,各2组。采用灌胃途径给药,按10 mL·kg^-1体质量给药,每日1次,每周给药6 d,连续3个月。测取食物消耗量、动物体质量。结果：与正常对照组比较,食物消耗量无显著差异（P〉0.05）;各组大鼠体质量持续增长,与正常对照组比较,无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠体质量和食量无显著影响,无明显不良反应。

Effect of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule on Appetite and Body Weight in Rats

Objective： To observe of effect of Shuangwu Zhentong capsule on appetite and body weight in rats to suppose the adverse reaction. Methods： 80 cases were divided into control group,Shuangwu Zhentong capsule large,medium,and low dose groups. Use intragastric routes of drug,1 time a day,by 10 m L·kg^-1 weight loss medication,6 days a week,for 3 consecutive months. General signs,animal food consumption,body weight measurement. Results： Compared with control group,no significant exceptions,no significant differences in food consumption,animal weight continued to grow. Conclusion： Shuangwu Zhentong capsule has no significant differences on body weight and food consumption without any adverse reaction.
