丹参多酚酸盐对糖尿病周围神经病变患者炎性细胞因子及周围神经传导速度的影响

摘    要:目的:观察丹参多酚酸盐对糖尿病周围神经病变患者炎性细胞因子及周围神经传导速度的影响。方法:80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机平均分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给丹参多酚酸盐。观察两组患者治疗前后血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素 6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素 1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNFα)水平;测定两组患者治疗前后肢体神经运动传导速度(MNCV)及感觉传导速度(SNCV)。结果:试验组患者治疗后血清 sICAM-1、IL-6、ET-1、TNF-α水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),NO水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后 MNCV及 SNCV较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05);两组患者的各个指标治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐能够显著降低糖尿病周围神经病变患者的炎性细胞因子水平,有效提高周围神经传导速度,提高临床治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of salvianolate on inflammatory cytokines and nerve conduction velocity in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. Methods: 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control groups,40 patients in each group. The control group of patients received insulin therapy,The experimental group were treated with salvianolate based on the control group. The levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1( s ICAM-1),interleukin-6( IL-6),nitric oxide( NO),endothelin-1( ET-1),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) were detected before and after treatment. The level of limb nerve conduction velocity( MNCV) and sensory conduction velocity( SNCV) were measured before and after treatment. Results: The levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1( s ICAM-1),interleukin-6( IL-6),endothelin-1( ET-1),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) were higher after treatment compared with before treatment( P〈0. 05). The level of nitric oxide( NO) was lower after treatment compared with before treatment( P〈0. 05). The levels of limb nerve conduction velocity( MNCV) and sensory conduction velocity( SNCV) were higher after treatment compared with before treatment( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Salvianolate could effectively reduce the inflammation reaction and improve the nerve conduction velocity and clinical outcomes.
