阿普替酶对急性脑梗死患者的神经功能和生活质量的影响

[目的]探讨阿普替酶对急性脑梗死患者的神经功能和生活质量的影响.[方法]选择本院2011年4月至2013年9月接诊的84例急性脑梗死患者的临床病例资料,其中,观察组42例患者采用阿普替酶进行治疗,而对照组42例患者采用拜阿司匹林进行治疗,比较两组患者神经功能和生活质量改变情况.[结果]治疗后3d、1周、1个月以及3个月时,观察组患者的ESS评分均明显优于对照组患者,组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组患者的FMA评分、Barthel评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.[结论]采用阿普替酶对急性脑梗死患者具有十分显著的治疗效果,可有效改善患者的神经功能,减少患者的神经受损,提高了患者的生活质量,有利于患者的预后,值得向临床推荐.

Impact of Actilyse on Neurological Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

[Objective]To explore the impact ot Actilyse on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction.[Methods] Clinical materials of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2011 to Sept.2013 were collected.The observation group（n =42） was treated with Actilyse,while the control group（n =42） was treated with aspirin.The neurological function and quality of life of patients were compared between two groups.[Results] ESS scores in observation group at 3 days,1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment were much better than control group,and there was significant difference between two groups（P ＜0.05）.Compared with the control group,FMA score and Barthel score in observation group were improved obviously,and there was significant difference between two groups（P ＜0.05）.[Conclusion] Actilyse for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has very significant efficacy,and can effectively improve neurological function,reduce nerve damage and increase the quality of life,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.Therefore,it is worth to be recommended in clinical practice.
