针刺、推拿结合太极拳治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察针刺、推拿结合太极拳治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将300例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组（n=150）和对照组（n=150），两组患者均给予针刺、推拿治疗，观察组则在此基础上配合太极拳锻炼，观察两组患者的临床疗效、JOA评分及满意度。结果：观察组总有效率、JOA评分、满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺、推拿结合太极拳治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，可有效提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture,Massage Combined with Tai Chi Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective：To observe the curative effects of acupuncture, massage combined with Tai Chi treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：300 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group （n=150） and control group （n=150）, both treated with acu-puncture and massage, on the basis of which observation group with Tai Chi, to observe the clinical efficacy, JOA score and satisfaction degree of two groups. Results：The total effective rate, JOA scores and satisfaction degree of observation group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture, massage combined with Tai Chi treating lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the life quality of patients, being worthy of clinical application.
