针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练对高血压脑出血术后患者的疗效观察

目的：观察针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练对高血压脑出血术后患者的疗效。方法：将60例高血压脑出血术后患者随机分为A、B、C组，每组20例，三组患者均进行常规药物治疗，在此基础上，A组给予针刺联合高压氧治疗，B组给予针刺联合康复训练治疗，C组给予针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练治疗，比较三组临床疗效及肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果：C组的总有效率高于A、B组（P〈0.05），FMA评分、Barthel指数均高于A、B组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练治疗高血压脑出血术后患者疗效显著。

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen and Early Rehabilitation Training on Postoperative Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen and early rehabilitation training on postoperative pa-tients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：60 cases of postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly di-vided into groups A, B and C, each of 20 cases, all treated with routine drug, based on which group A adopted acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, group B was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, group C received acupuncture combined with hyperbar-ic oxygen and early rehabilitation training, the clinical efficacy and improvement of limb motor function and activities of daily living were compared among the three groups. Results：The total efficiency of group C was higher than that of group A and B （P〈0.05）, FMA score and Barthel index were significantly higher than those of group A and B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Efficacy of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen and early rehabili-tation training on postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant.
