临床分析推拿配合艾炙防治缓解期反复呼吸道感染

目的：分析推拿配合艾炙防治缓解期反复呼吸道感染的临床价值。方法：60例缓解期反复呼吸道感染患者随机分为研究组与对照组各30例，对照组应用泛福舒胶囊，研究组采取推拿及艾炙治疗，随访1年，比较两组患者病情及免疫功能评分。结果：治疗后两组患儿的病种、病程、支气管炎及上呼吸道感染次数均较治疗前改善（P〈0.05），且研究组病程、支气管炎发作次数显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；研究组CD3＋、CD4＋、IgG评分均较对照组显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论：推拿配合艾炙防治缓解期反复呼吸道感染患者可改善病情，提高患者免疫功能，值得临床上推广。

Clinical Analysis in Massage Combined with Moxibustion on Paracmasis Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection of Prophylaxis and Treatment

Objective：To analyze the clinical value of massage combined with moxibustion on paracmasis recurrent respiratory tract infection of pro-phylaxis and treatment. Methods：60 patients with paracmasis recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into study group and con-trol group with each of 30 cases, control group with Broncho-Vaxom capsule, study group adopted treatment of massage and moxibustion, condition and immune function score of the two groups were compared with follow-up of a year. Results：Entity, course of disease, bronchitis and times of up-per respiratory tract infection of the two groups after the treatment were all better than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and course of disease and times of upper respiratory tract infection of study group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）;CD3＋, CD4＋and IgG scores of study group were all significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Massage combined with moxibustion on paracmasis re-current respiratory tract infection of prophylaxis and treatment can improve the patients’condition, and enhance their immunity function, being wor-thy of clinical application.
