奥拉西坦联合疏血通治疗原发性脑出血

目的：探讨奥拉西坦联合疏血通治疗原发性脑出血的临床疗效。方法：60例原发性脑出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，观察组静脉滴注奥拉西坦及疏血通，对照仅静脉滴注疏血通，3个疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后观察组N1HSS评分和MMSE评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），两组均无不良反应。结论：奥拉西坦联合疏血通治疗原发性脑出血安全有效，可在临床进一步推广应用。

Oxiracetam Combined with Shuxuetong Injection Treating Primary Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam combined with Shuxuetong injection treating primary cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 60 patients with primary cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases, observation group adopted intravenous drip of oxiracetam and Shuxuetong injection, control group only with intravenous drip of Shuxuetong injection, effects of the two groups were compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results： NIHSS and MMSE scores of observation group were both significantly lower than those of control group after the treatment （P〈0.05）, both groups without adverse reaction. Conclusion： Oxiracetam combined with Shuxuetong injection treating primary cerebral hemorrhage is safe and effective, and can be further applied clinically.
