ATX抑制剂S32826对兔眼压的作用

目的：探讨自分泌运动因子抗体（ATX）抑制剂S32826对兔眼压的作用.方法：6只健康成年新西兰雄兔,左眼局部点用5mMS32826,右眼局部点用等量平衡盐溶液,治疗前后分别于每天10am、11am、12am、4pm测量兔眼基线眼压,比较双眼.眼压的变化情况.结果：治疗后左眼眼压均较治疗前同一时间点的基线眼压明显较降低（P.＜0.05）,右眼眼压治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,治疗后同一时间点左眼眼压均较右眼显著降低（P＜0.05）.结论：S32826能有效降低兔眼压,降眼压作用可至少持续24h.

Experimental Study on the Effects of S32826 on Intra-ocular Pressure of Rabbits

Objective： To investigate the effects of Autotaxin （ATX） inhibitor S32826 on intra-ocular pressure of rabbits. Methods： The left eyes of 6 healthy adult male New Zealand rabbits were treated with topical 5mM S32826, and right eyes with equivalent balanced salt solution, the rabbit eye baseline IOP before and after the treatment was respectively measured in every 10am, 1 lam, 12am, 4pm, changes of binocular intra-ocular pressure were compared. Results： Left eye of baseline IOP after treatment was significantly reduced comparing with that before treatment at the same time point （P〈0.05）, the right eye IOP without significant difference before and after treatment （P〉0.05）, left eye of baseline IOP after treatment was sig- nificantly reduced comparing with that of right eye at the same time point （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： S32826 can effectively reduce the intra-ocular pres- sure of rabbits, and effects of reducing intra-ocular pressure can last for 24h at least.
