| 摘 要： | 目的：观察常规推拿手法合用髂胫束压痛点推拿治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：68例腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组予常规推拿手法，治疗组予常规推拿手法合用髂胫束压痛点推拿松解，对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.1%，显著高于对照组的73.5%（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：常规推拿手合用髂胫束压痛点推拿松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of general massage combined with iliotibial band pressure point massage treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：68 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group with rou-tine massage, treatment group received general massage combined with iliotibial band pressure point massage, to compare the curative effects of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%, significantly higher than that of control group by 73.5%（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclu-sion：Efficacy of general massage combined with iliotibial band pressure point massage treating lumbar disc herniation is significant, being worthy of promotion. |
