摘    要:目的:探讨黄芪消肿汤治疗骨折术后肿胀并发非感染性发热的疗效.方法:将135例四肢长骨骨干骨折术后肿胀并发非感染性发热的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用七叶皂苷钠静滴,实验组给予服用黄芪消肿汤,比较两组临床疗效.结果:从治疗第3天开始,实验组的肿胀程度逐渐轻于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的肿胀持续时间、发热持续时间均少于对照组(P<0.05).结论:黄芪消肿汤可辅助治疗四肢骨折,在术后快速消除肿胀,改善非感染性发热情况,且使用安全、经济,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Huangqi Xiaozhong Decoction treating postoperative swelling concurrent with non-infective fever of fractures. Methods: 135 cases of patients with postoperative swelling concurrent with non-infective fever of long bone fractures were randomly di- vided into experimental group and control group, control group with intravenous drip of sodium aescinate, experimental group was treat with Huangqi Xiaozhong Decoction, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The swelling degree of experimental group was lower than that of control group starting from the third day of the treatment (P〈0.05); swelling and fever duration of experimental group were both less than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi Xiaozhong Decoction can assist the treatment of limb fractures, eliminating postoper- ative swelling rapidly and improving the status of non-infective fever, which is used safely and economically, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
