冠心病康复治疗在急性心肌梗死患者应用中的效果观察

[目的]探讨冠心病康复治疗在急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者中的临床应用效果.[方法]选择138例AMI患者,随机分为康复组69例及常规组69例.对照组行常规药物治疗,康复组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用冠心病康复治疗至出院6个月.[结果]康复组患者的TC、LDL-C、HAMD评分、HAMA评分降低,其生活质量PF、RP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH评分升高,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性统计学意义（P＜0.01）,且康复组除RP评分外的上述所有指标均较常规组改善更明显（P＜0.01）.[结论]冠心病康复治疗有利于纠正心脏危险因素,改善AMI患者体力活动程度及精神心理状态,从而提高生活质量.

Observation on the Curative Effect of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with Rehabilitation Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.[Methods]Totally 138 patients with AMI were randomly divided into rehabilitation group（n =69） and routine group（n =69）.Both groups received routine medicine therapy.Meanwhile,the rehabilitation group received additional rehabilitation treatment of coronary heart disease until 6 months after discharge.[Results] TC,LDL-C,HAMD scores and HAMA scores in rehabilitation group were decreased,but PF,RP,GH,VT,SF,RE and MH scores of quality of life were increased,and there were significant differences between before and after treatment（P ＜0.01）.Compared with before treatment,the above indexes except RP score in rehabilitation group except the RP score were improved obviously （P ＜0.01）.[Conclusion] The rehabilitation treatment of coronary heart disease is beneficial to correct cardiac risk factors,improve the degree of physical activity and mental state of patients with AMI,thus improve the quality of life.
