清消合剂联合迈之灵治疗混合痔术后并发症临床研究

目的：观察清消合剂联合应用迈之灵治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法：选择115例混合痔患者,给予手术处理的同时再随机分成3组,对照组A 36例给予迈之灵治疗,对照组B 40例给予清消合剂治疗,治疗组39例给予清消合剂联合迈之灵治疗,分别观察不同时间段3组肛周疼痛、出血、水肿及伤面愈合情况的积分变化。结果：治疗后第3天、第6天,治疗组肛门疼痛积分下降,与对照组A、对照组B同时间段比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术后第6天,治疗组与对照组B出血积分明显降低,与对照组A同时间段比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后第3天、第6天,治疗组肛门水肿积分下降,与对照组A、对照组B同时间段比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后第6天,治疗组与对照组B伤面愈合情况积分明显降低,与对照组A同时间段比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗期间所有患者未出现明显不良反应。结论：清消合剂与迈之灵联合应用能够更好地改善混合痔术后患者水肿、疼痛、出血症状,促进创面愈合。

Clinical Research on Qingxiao Mixture Combined with Aescuven Forte Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qingxiao Mixture combined with Aescuven Forte treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： 115 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid were given operation processing at the same time and then randomly divided into three groups. The control group A of 36 cases were given Aescuven Forte,and the control group B of 40 cases were given Qingxiao Mixture,and the treatment group of 39 cases were treated with Qingxiao Mixture combined with Aescuven Forte. Respectively observed integral change of anal pain,bleeding,edema and wound healing status at different time in the three groups. Results： On the 3rd and 6th day postoperatively,anal pain scores in the treatment group decreased,compared with the control group A,B at the same time showed that there were significant or very significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; On the sixth day after operation,bleeding scores of the treatment group and the control group B decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group A. On the 3rd and 6th day postoperatively,anal edema integral in the treatment group declined,the difference was significant compared with the control group A and B（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）; During the treatment,all patients showed no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Qingxiao Mixture combined with Aescuven Forte can better improve edema,pain,bleeding of patients with postoperative mixed hemorrhoids,and promote wound healing.
