腰椎三步七法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

目的：观察腰椎三步七法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：60例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表分为治疗组与对照组各30例，治疗组采用腰椎三步七法治疗，对照组局部外涂扶他林软膏，1个疗程后评价两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗后两组JOA积分均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.01），且观察组高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：腰椎三步七法能改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛，有效防止病情发展。

Efficacy Analysis in Lumbar Three Steps and Seven Methods for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of lumbar three steps and seven methods for lumbar disc herniation. Methods：60 cases of lum-bar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 30 cases, treatment group were treated with three steps and seven methods of lumbar, control group coated with voltaren ointment, to evaluate the clinical curative effects of the two groups after a course. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）; the JOA score of two groups after treatment were both significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, and observation group was better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：three steps and seven methods of lumbar can improve pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and prevent illness developing effectively.
