| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨龙氏正骨手法治疗颅颈外伤综合征的疗效。方法：50例颅颈外伤综合征患者均采用龙氏正骨手法和微波治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：痊愈23例，显效8例，有效15例，无效4例，总有效率92．0％。结论：龙氏正骨手法可纠正关节错位，解除外伤对邻近组织的压迫，在治疗颅颈外伤综合征方面具有一定优势。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Long＇s bone-setting manipulation treating craniocervical trauma syndrome. Methods： 50 cases of patients with craniocervical trauma syndrome were treated with Long＇s bone-setting manipulation and microwave, to observe its clinical efficacy. Resuits： 23 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 15 cases valid, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 92%. Conclusion： Long＇s bone-setting manipulation can correct joint dislocation and relieve trauma stress of adjacent tissue, with certain advantages in craniocervical trauma syndrome. |
