脑卒中临床路径对照研究

摘要]目的：探讨，临床路径治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法：我科脑卒中患者184例随机分为对照组及实验组各92例，分别接受常规治疗及脑卒中临床路径治疗，比较两组患者住院时间、费用及治疗效果。结果：实验组住院时间及费用均显著少于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组治疗费比例显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗90天实验组BI指数及满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：脑卒中临床路径可缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，改善临床疗效，提高病人满意度。

Comparative Study of Stroke Clinical Path

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of clinical pathway on stroke. Methods： 184 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with each of 92 cases, respectively with conventional therapy and stroke clinical pathway, hospitalization time, expenses and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results： Hospitalization time and expenses of experimental group .were significantly less than those of control group （P〈0.05）, treatment fee ratio of experimental group was significantly higher that of control group （P〈0.05）; after 90 days of treatment BI index and satisfaction of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Stroke clinical path can shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization expenses, improve the clinical efficacy, and enhance patients＇ satisfaction.
