自编导引术结合强制性运动疗法治疗脑梗死运动功能障碍

摘    要:目的:探讨自编导引术结合强制性运动疗法对脑梗死亚急性期上肢运动功能的影响.方法:120例脑梗死上肢功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,两组入院2周内均予常规康复训练及治疗,2周后治疗组另用自编导引术及强制性运动疗法,比较两组ARAT评分及FMA评分.结果:住院第28天两组FMA评分及ARAT评分均较基线期末显著提高(P<0.01),且治疗组FMA评分及ARAT评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:自编导引术结合强制性运动疗法可有效改善亚急性期脑梗死患者的上肢运动功能.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of self-compiled Daoyin combined with constraint-induced movement therapy on upper limb motor function of cerebral infarction in subacute stage. Methods: 120 patients with upper limb dysfunction of cerebral infarction were randomly divided in- to treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases, both with routine rehabilitation training and treatment within 2 weeks after admission, treat- ment group was treated with self-compiled Daoyin combined with constraint-induced movement therapy after 2 weeks, ARAT score and FMA score of two groups were compared. Results: FMA score and ARAT score of two groups on the 28th hospitalization were significantly higher than those of baseline period (P〈0.01), and treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Self-compiled Daoyin combined with constraint-induced movement therapy can effectively improve the motor function of upper limb in patients with cerebral infarction in subacute stage.
