推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的：探讨推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效.方法：将45例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用推拿治疗,对照组采用牵引治疗,比较两组患者VAS评分及颈椎功能评分的变化情况.结果：治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均显著下降（P＜0.05）,颈椎功能评分均有所提高（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,颈椎功能评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy Observation on Massage Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of massage on cervical spondylotie radiculopathy. Methods： 45 patients were randomly divid- ed into observation group and control group, observation group was treated with massage, control group treated with traction, VAS score and func- tion score of cervical vertebra were compared between the two groups. Results： VAS scores of two groups were both decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）, and function score of cervical vertebra were improved （P〈0.05）; VAS score of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group, function score of cervical vertebra was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of massage on cer- vical spondylotic radiculopathy is significant, being worthy of clinical popularization and application.
