葛根汤加减联合中药外敷治疗颈型颈椎病36例临床观察

目的：观察葛根汤加减联合中药外敷治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：72例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组36例采用葛根汤加减联合中药外敷，对照组36例口服采用塞来昔布，比较两组患者VAS评分及疗效。结果：治疗后两组VAS评分均显著低于治疗前（P〈0.01），但试验组与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）；治疗结束后3个月，试验组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：葛根汤加减联合中药外敷能缓解颈型颈椎病的疼痛症状，总体疗效佳。

Clinical Observation on Modified Gegen Decoction Combined with Chinese Herbology Plaster for 36 cases of Patients with Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis

To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Modified Gegen Decoction combined with Chinese herbology plaster for neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods： 72 cases of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis were randomized into 2 groups. In treatment group, 36 cases were treated with Modified Gegen Decoction combined with Chinese herbology plaster. In control group, 36 cases were treated with Celecoxib capsules. Compared the VAS score and efficacy of two groups. Results：After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were both lower than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）. 3 months after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Gegen decoction combined with Chinese herbology plaster can relieve the pain of neck type of cervical spondylosis and the total efficacy is good.
