针刺人迎联合刺络治疗脑梗塞肩手综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨针刺人迎联合刺络治疗脑梗塞肩手综合征的疗效。方法：将57例脑梗塞肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组（29例）和对照组（28例），对照组采用常规针刺治疗，治疗组则在常规针刺治疗基础上给予针刺人迎联合刺络治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为89．缸％，高于对照组的67．86％（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺人迎联合刺络治疗脑梗塞肩手综合征疗效显著，可改善患者生活质量。

Efficacy Observation of Acupuncture on Renying Combined with Blood-letting Puncture Treating Shoulder-hand Syndrome of Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on Renying combined with blood-letting puncture treating shoulder-hand syndrome of cerebral infarction. Methods： 57 patients with shoulder-hm~d syndrome of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （29 cases） and control group （28 cases）, control group with routine treatment of acupuncture, based on which treatment group applied with acupunc- ture on Renying and blood-letting puncture, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.66%, higher than that of control group by 67.86% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture on Renying combined with blood-letting puncture treating shoulder-hand syndrome of cerebral infarction is significantly effective, which can improve the life quality of patients.
