| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后张力失衡性膝关节过伸的效果。方法：60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组进行常规康复训练，治疗组在对照组基础上予针刺治，比较两组膝过仲的纠正效果。结果：治疗组有效率为86．67％，显著高于对照组的60．00％（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺结合康复训练对脑卒中后张力失衡性膝过仲疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treating knee hyperextension of post-stroke tension imbalance. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases, control group with conventional rehabilitation training, treatment group received acupuncture treatment based on control group, corrective effects of knee hyperextension between the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%, significantly higher than that of control group by 60% （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treating knee hyperextension of post-stroke tension imbalance is significant. |
