千金子种子、种仁及种皮有效成分含量比较

摘    要:目的:对千金子种子、种仁及种皮中脂肪油、千金子甾醇含量进行比较,进一步确定“去壳”必要性。方法:索式提取法提取脂肪油、高效液相色谱法测定千金子甾醇含量。结果:千金子种仁占种子质量的 65.87%,种皮占种子质量的 34.19%;脂肪油含量一批(批号:20110707)种仁61.39% >种子45.40% >种皮 4.94%,二批(批号:20100330)种仁 64.47% >种子 47.97% >种皮 3.46%,三批(批号:20110912)种仁 57.52% >种子 44.04% >种皮 4.59%;千金子甾醇含量一批种仁 1.10% >种子0.78% >种皮0.08%,二批种仁1.30% >种子0.89% >种皮0.07%,三批种仁1.34% >种子0.85% >种皮0.09%。结论:千金子种仁中脂肪油、千金子甾醇含量远高于种皮中的含量,且种皮占种子比例较大,千金子制霜使用掺入种皮影响其外观性状和临床疗效,因此在千金子入药或制霜应用时,剥去种皮是十分必要的。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the fatty oil and euphorbia sterol content of euphorbia seeds,kernel of euphorbia and seed coat of euphorbia,and to ensure the necessity to wipe out of the shell of euphorbia. Methods: Used the extraction method to extract the fatty oil and the HPLC method to determine the content of euphorbia sterol in euphorbia seeds,kernel of euphorbia and kind of shell of euphorbia.Results: Kernel of euphorbia accounted for 65. 87% of the seeds' weight,seed coat of euphorbia accounted for 34. 13% of the seeds' weight; fatty oil content No. 1( 20110707) of kernel of euphorbia is 61. 39% euphorbia seeds 45. 40% seed coat of euphorbia4. 94%,No. 2( 20100330) of kernel of euphorbia was 64. 47% euphorbia seeds 47. 97% seed coat of euphorbia 3. 46%,No. 3( 20110912) of kernel of euphorbia was 57. 52% euphorbia seeds 44. 04% seed coat of euphorbia 4. 59%. The content of euphorbia sterol,No. 1( 20110707) of kernel of euphorbia was 1. 10% euphorbia seeds 0. 78% seed coat of euphorbia 0. 08%,No. 2( 20100330) of kernel of euphorbia was 1. 30% euphorbia seeds 0. 89% seed coat of euphorbia 0. 07%,No. 3( 20110912) of kernel of euphorbia was 1. 34% euphorbia seeds 0. 85% seed coat of euphorbia 0. 09%. Conclusion: The contents of fatty oil and euphorbia sterol in kernel of euphorbia are far higher than which in seed coat of euphorbia,and seed coat of euphorbia accounted for a larger proportion of euphorbia seeds. Preparation of euphorbia frost add seed coat of euphorbia can affect appearance and clinical efficacy.Therefore,it is necessary to shuck out of shell of euphorbia.
