| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刀结合臭氧局部注射治疗颈椎病的临床疗效.方法：我院70例颈椎病患者分成对照组与治疗组各35例,对照组单纯采用针刀疗法,治疗组采取针刀结合臭氧局部注射治疗,比较两组效果.结果：治疗组总有效率为91.4％,显著高于对照组的74.3％（P＜0.05）.结论：针刀结合臭氧局部注射治疗颈椎病临床疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with local injection of ozone treating cervical spondylosis. Meth- ods： 70 cases of cervical spondylosis in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group, each of 35 cases, control group only with acupotomy therapy, treatment group treated with acupotomy and local injection of ozone, effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.4%, significantly higher than that of control group by 74.3% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of acu- potomy combined with local injection of ozone treating cervical spondylosis is exact. |
