中医药治疗大肠癌的切入点和优势

本文以大肠癌高危人群预防和治疗癌前病变、大肠癌术后预防复发转移、晚期大肠癌患者延长生存，改善生活质量、中药治疗年老体弱多病的晚期肠癌患者、大肠癌相关并发症的防治、中药对手术及放化疗的减毒增效研究等为切入点，论述了中医药治疗大肠癌的优势、困难及发展机遇，旨在为中医药防治大肠癌的临床应用和今后的研究提供参考。

The Breakthrough Points and Advantages of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

In this paper, there are some breakthrough points, such as the prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions in high-risk population of colorectal cancer, the prevention of recurrence and metastasis after surgeries for colorectal cancer, prolongs the suvival time and improves the quality of life for advanced colorectal cancer patients, Chinese Medicine for advanced colorectal cancer patients who are old, frail and sickliness, the preven-tion and treatment for the related complication of colorecatal cancer, the studies on attenuation and synergistic effect of Chinese Medicine for surgery and chemoradiation, et al. To discusses the advantages, difficulties and opportunities for the development of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of colorectal cancer, in order to provide references for clinical application of Chinese Medicine for preventing and treating colorectal cancer.
