中药内服联合艾灸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床研究

目的：观察中药内服联合艾灸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床疗效。方法：66例早糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者随机分为两组,两组均给予胰岛素降血糖、降血压、调脂等常规治疗。治疗组加服自拟温阳益气健脾方联合艾灸,对照组加服甲钴胺分散片每次0.5 mg,每天3次,口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。观察临床疗效、膀胱残余尿量。结果：治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率63.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组在减少膀胱残余尿量方面显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：中药内服联合艾灸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱可显著减少膀胱残余尿量,疗效确切。

Clinical Study of Oral Chinese Medicine combined with Moxibustion Treatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods： 66 cases of early diabetic neurogenic bladder patients were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with conventional treatment such as insulin,blood pressure,lipid regulation and others. The treatment group was given self-designed wenyang yiqi jianpi decoction combined with moxibustion treatment,and the control group was given methylcobalamin dispersible tablets 0. 5mg each time,3 times a day,oral. 4 weeks for one course of treatment of the two groups,2 courses in total. Observed the clinical curative effect,bladder residual urine volume. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 86. 7%,and the control group was63. 3% and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The decreased bladder residual urine volume in the treatment group were better than control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Internal Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder can significantly reduce bladder residual urine volume,and definite curative effect.
