| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺表面活性物质(PS)防治早产儿肺透明膜病(HMD)的临床疗效。方法:155例出生体重<1500g或胎龄<34周的早产儿根据应用PS与否分为PS组(72例)和对照组(83例),比较两组早产儿HMD发病、并发症发生及转归情况、呼吸机使用、吸氧时间、体重增长及住院时间有无差异。结果:PS组的HMD及并发症发生率均低于对照组,呼吸机使用、吸氧时间及住院时间短于对照组,而体重增长优于对照组。结论:应用PS可降低早产儿HMD发生并改善早产儿预后。
