| 摘 要： | 目的研究外部性脑积水对婴幼儿脑电功能的影响。方法自2007年3月至2008年3月对82例2—3岁外部性脑积水儿童行视频脑电图检查及分析。结果有18．29％的患儿脑电图中出现癫痫样放电，余均出现脑电软征象。结论外部性脑积水儿童的脑电图会出现癫痫样放电和脑电软征象，视频脑电图为评估其预后和制订合理的干预方案提供依据和信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of external hydrocephalus on V-EEG in children. Methods 82 children with external hydrocephalus underwent the V-EEG from 2007 to 2008. Results 18.29% children with external hydrocephalus had epileptiform discharges,others had soft signs. Conclusion Epileptiform discharges and electroencephalography soft signs appear in the children with external hydrocephalus.V-EEG provides information for evaluating prognosis and formulating intervention program. |
