| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多普勒组织成像技术(DTI)评价2型糖尿病(DM)患者早期左心室舒张功能的应用价值。方法以DTI技术检测30例DM患者二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(Ea)和舒张晚期运动速度(Aa),并用脉冲多普勒法检测二尖瓣舒张早期血流速度(E)和舒张晚期血流速度(A),比较两组参数的不同。结果两组间Ea、Ea/Aa有差异(P<0.01,P＜0.05);而E、A、E/A无差异。其中DM组Ea/Aa<1者占43.33%;E/A<1者占10%。结论2型DM患者早期即使不伴有微血管病变也可能存在左心室舒张功能异常。DTI新技术优于传统多普勒血流法能够定量准确评价DM左室舒张功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate left ventricular diastolic function in early non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)patients by Doppler tissue imaging(DTI).Methods:Mitral annular early diastole(Ea)and late diastole(Aa)velocities of 30 diabetic patients were measured by DTI and mitral annular inflow velocities E,A were compared with pulse Doppler.Results:Ea,Ea/Aa in DM patients were lower than those of controls.There were no differences in E,A,E/A between the two groups.Conclusions:The abnormal left ventrciular function are detected in early NIDDM patients even in those without vascular complications.DTI is better than conventional Doppler,especially for evaluating the severity of left ventricular dysfunction in early NIDDM patients. |
