| 摘 要： | 目的：了解不同年龄女性乳腺癌患者对保乳根治术认同程度。方法：按不同年龄阶段将120例病人分为3组,采取临床问卷调查表方式调查其对保乳根治术的认知程度。结果：年龄小于等于40岁组接受率62.50%（25/40）,无所谓率25.00%（10/40）,不接受率12.50%（5/40）;年龄介于41至50岁组接受率27.27%（12/44）,无所谓率50.00%（22/44）,不接受率22.73%（10/44）;年龄大于等于51岁组接受率13.89%（5/36）,无所谓率30.56%（11/36）,不接受率55.56%（20/36）。不同的年龄女性乳腺癌患者对保乳根治术的认同程度的差异有统计学意义,年龄较轻乳腺癌患者对乳腺癌保乳的认知程度较高。结论：加强医护人员和患者对保乳癌根治术的认识和了解,更好地为乳腺癌患者服务,提高女性乳腺癌患者的生活质量。
