| 摘 要： | 本通过对教学医院教研室功能与现状的分析，认为目前主要存在的问题有：人员结构不合理、教研室投入不足、教研室资源利用不充分、各类教研室发展不平衡。针对存在的问题对教研室的下一步发展提出可行性建议：重视人才队伍的建设；加大研究生培养的力度；加强医院教研室的科研与教学；加大对医院教研室硬环境的建设；对教研室实行科学化、规范化、标准化管理。

Status Quo Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Teaching and Research Section in Teaching Hospitals |

| Abstract: | According to the analysis on functions and status quo of teaching and research sections in teaching hospitals, the author concluded the main problems are irrational staff structure, deficient input, insufficient utility of resources, imbalance improvement of different sections. Also put forward feasible suggestions such as highly regard staff structure, advance postgraduate training, strengthen teaching and research, improve the hardware facilities and adopt scientific, regulated and standardized management to teaching and research section. |
