脑卒中恢复期血液微量元素和抗氧化酶含量的变化

摘    要:对91例脑卒中恢复期患者就血清微量元素Cu^2+、Fe^2+、Zn^2+、Zn^2+/Cu^2+和血浆丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT),光甘肽过经酶(GSH)含量做了检测和观察;脑卒中恢复期患者血浆MDA含量明显升高,;SOD变化与MDA含量呈负相关;脑梗塞病人血清微量元素含量明显升高,GSH变化与硒含量呈正相关。表明:脑卒中恢复期病人存在某些微量元素及脂质过氧化的

Abstract:In 91 cases of convalescent cerebral apoplexy,the serum trace elements such as Cu 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Zn 2+ and Zn 2+ /Cu 2+ ,malonyldial dehyde(MDA),superoxide dismuta(SOD),catalase(CAT) and glutathione superoxydase(GSH) were tested.The result showed that the content of MDA obviously rised which was negatively correlated to that of SOD. In cerebral infarction,the content of Fe 2+ obviously rised and the change of GSH was positively correlated to the content of Se. It indicates that there is the disturbance of the trace elements and antioxidase in convalescent cerebral apoplexy which exists in the whole process of the disease.
