| 芪红汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 评价中药芪红汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效.方法 将60例特发性肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组予芪红汤口服,对照组予激素强的松口服,观察3个月.结果 治疗组总有效率73.33%,对照组总有效率43.33%,治疗组在症状总积分及喘息、咳嗽、Velcro罗音等积分下降方面均较对照组明显,治疗组能显著提高肺弥散功能和血氧,且再感染次数较对照组明显减少.结论 芪红汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化疗效优于对照组,且用药安全. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Qihong Decoction on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Method The patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(n=60) were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(each n=30) .The treatment group was given Qihong Decoction orally and the control group was treated with prednisone orally.Two groups were observed for 3 months.Result The total effective rate was 73.33 % in the treatment group and 43.33 % in the control group.The symptom total integral,integrals of asthma,cough and Velcro rale were decreased more obviously in the treatment group than those in the control group.The lung diffusing capacity and blood oxygen saturation were increased,and the reinfection cases were less in the treatment group than those in the control group.Conclusion Qihong Decoction has a better effect than the control medication on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and is more safe. |
