芭蕉根有效部位对小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究芭蕉根有效部位对正常小鼠及四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖耐量的影响.方法:雄性昆明种小鼠,一次性ip四氧嘧啶200 mg· kg -1建立小鼠糖尿病模型,72 h后测空腹血糖,以血糖值超过10.0 mmol·L-1者为造模成功.造模成功小鼠分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组( 200 mg· kg-1)及芭蕉根有效部位按高、中、低剂量组(200,100,50 mg· kg -1)治疗14 d,考察芭蕉根提取物对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响,同时测定芭蕉根有效部位对正常小鼠血糖的影响、对糖尿病模型小鼠和正常小鼠糖耐量的影响.结果:血糖与模型组(13.25±1.98) mmol ·L -1比较芭蕉根有效部位高剂量可以降低四氧嘧啶模型小鼠血糖(9.88±0.79) mmol·L-1(P<0.05),对正常小鼠血糖没有影响;与模型组糖耐量比较芭蕉根有效部位(200 mg· kg-1)增加四氧嘧啶模型小鼠糖耐量(P<0.05);正常小鼠糖耐量实验也表明,与空白组120 min血糖比较(5.89±0.63) mmol· L-1芭蕉根有效部位200 mg·kg-1为(5.10±0.47) mmol·L-1提高正常小鼠糖耐量(P<0.05).结论:芭蕉根有效部位可以改善四氧嘧啶模型小鼠糖代谢,增加四氧嘧啶模型小鼠及正常小鼠的糖负荷.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of effective parts from Musa basjoo(EPM) on blood glucose and glucose tolerance in mice. Method: Diabetic model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of Alloxan once. Diabetic mice were randomly divided into model group, Metformin group and high,middle and low dose of EPM groups(200,100,50 mg · kg-1). All groups were fed for 14 consecutive days, and then the blood glucose was detected on the fifteenth day. Effect on the glucose tolerance in model and normal mice were detected at the same time. Result: EPM could significantly decrease the blood glucose level of diabetic mice(P<0.05)and ameliorate the glucose tolerance in normal and diabetic mice(P<0.05), but it had no significant effect on the blood glucose level of normal mice. Conclusion: EPM can significantly decrease the blood glucose level in diabetic mice and ameliorate the glucose tolerance in normal and diabetic mice.
