| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨保留肾单位肾癌的手术疗效.方法 18例行保留肾单位肾癌切除术的患者,男12例,女6例,平均年龄50岁.肿瘤直径1.5～4.0 cm,平均3.6 cm.先天性孤立左肾肾下极肿瘤1例,双肾肿瘤1例.透明细胞癌16例,肾细胞癌1例,颗粒细胞癌1例.T1 15例,T2 3例.结果 18例手术均成功.术后平均随访36个月,1例先天性孤立左肾肾下极肿瘤术后30个月肺转移外,余17例均无瘤生存至今.结论 保留肾单位肾癌切除术安全有效,适合于肿瘤直径≤4.0 cm早期肾癌.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nephron sparing surgery(NSS) for renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods Nephron sparing surgery was performed in 18 patients,12 men and 6 women,average age was 50 years old.The diameter of the tumors ranged from 1.5 to 4.0cm.Included 1 case with left solitary kidney,1 with bilateral renal carcinoma,16 with clear cell carcinoma,1 with renal cell carcinoma,1 with renal granular carcinoma.15cases in stage T1,3 in stage T2.Results All patients were followed up for an average of 36 months.One patient suffered a left lung metastasis 30 months after the surgery,the other 17cases survived now.Conclusion NSS is safe and effective method for patients with lesions less than 4cm in the early RCC. |
