ALA-PDT联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣疗效观察

摘    要:目的评价氨基酮戊酸-光动力(ALA-PDT)联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法多发性跖疣患者76例,随机分成两组,治疗组38例,采用ALA-PDT联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,对照组38例,仅采用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,随访时间为3个月、观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组治愈率68.42%,总显效率为94.7%,复发率为15.38%,对照组治愈率26.32%,总显效率为57.9%,复发率为50.00%,两组的治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.5111,P0.01),总显效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.2682,P0.01),两组的复发率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.6154,P0.05)。结论 ALA-PDT联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣是一种高效、复发率低的方法。

Clinical efficacy of ALA-PDT combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid in treatment of verruca plantaris

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aminolevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of patients with verruca plantaris.Methods Totally 76patients with verruca plantaris were randomly divided into treatment group with 38 patients treated with ALA-PDT combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid and the control group with 38 patients treated with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid only.The efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated after a follow-up of the following 3 months.Results The cure rate,the fotal effective rate and the recurrence rate in the treatment group were 68.42%,94.7%and 15.38%,respectively;and that in the control group were 26.32%,57.9%and 50.00%,respectively.The care rates between the two groups were statistically different(x^2=13.5111,P0.01),Siginificant differences were also observed in total effective rates(x^2=14.2682,P0.01) and recurrence rates(x^2=4.6154,P0.05) between the two groups.Conclusions ALA-PDT combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acidis effective for treatment of patients with verruca plantaris with low recurrence rate.
